Needed a window dealt with under warranty claim. Warranty was easily honored - no hassle at all. Very knowledgeable tech came to the house dealt with the issue. Exactly how you'd expect a Warranty claim to go. Thanks Robert!

David and Rob from Window World just fixed and adjusted windows in my condo that were installed in March. Initial installation was a mess. This dream team patiently listened to my concerns and addressed each one. They also guaranteed to come back and readdress any issues that were not fixed to my satisfaction.
Excellent job, David and Rob!!!

We had to replace a long window in our living room that took a little more time than just popping in a new one. Robert the serviceman did a fantastic job of replacing it. He explained what he would do and how long it would probably take. He was very courteous and he cleaned up everything. Due to the warranty it didn't cost us. Thanks Window World.
