I’ve had a great experience with Window World. First, they supported me with a warranty transfer when an issue came up with my windows (as a new homeowner, I hadn’t realized I could transfer the warranty and thought we’d have to pay to replace them).
Then Robert, one of Window World’s service technicians, was fantastic. He called ahead to let me know when he’d be here, he was kind and respectful, replaced the two windows quickly, and went above and beyond — checking all the other windows under our warranty to make sure the same issue wasn’t on those as well. He showed me how to use the window block levers when I told him my concerns about my toddler unlocking/opening our second floor windows (I feel silly that I didn’t know they were there but so grateful that I do now!), and even fixed one window that was off-alignment.
I’m very happy with Window World’s service, and I will definitely be keeping them in mind when the time comes to buy new windows for our home.

I had Window World replace 7 of my windows. Amazing customer service keeping you updated on the status of the order. It took exactly the time they said and called when the windows came in and then were placed the next day. Tim and Kevin came and were amazing. They were very courteous and took great care in my house. The results were beautiful and I would highly recommend. My neighbors asked about how much I paid and were very surprised as they paid double with another competitor with one less window than I purchased. I’m very happy and already notice the improvement in noise. Looking forward to being cozy this winter!
