I had Joe , the design consultant come out to my house. He gave a demonstration of the windows that were being offered by there company. He did an outstanding job at explaining everything about the product and all I needed to know about the job as a whole. The price was right , so I am having there windows installed in my home. Also , Tom came out to do an exact measurement, insuring the windows would be just what I needed for my home. He was great to talk to and was also professional and knowledgeable at what he does and also the company as a whole. Thank you for having such great people working for your company. I have something to add to this experience. Dave Parks came out today,, 9/2/2026 to fix something the first installer did wrong. He was exceptional in his work . He did the job like he was working on his own home. He definitely deserves a raise.

Very pleased with Window World. They recently replaced a broken window (that they had initially installed) at our home at no charge. Robert, the service tech was wonderful. He arrived a few minutes early, replaced and cleaned the window and then spoke briefly about proper window maintenance. Entire job took less than 25 minutes.
